We've created this handy checklist to help you make sure everything is set for your child's summer at Pepperhill Day Camp. Just check the items off as you go! Call us at

Print, complete, and return all 8 forms.

Submit immunization form.

$100 Registration Fee and Deposit for Each Week.

All forms may be mailed or turned in at the Preschool office at 2104 Eastway Drive, Lexington, KY, 40503. We accept checks or money orders.
